CATALOG?
I do not offer a catalog for items.

 

RECEIVE DAMAGED ITEM?
If you receive a broken item, please message me for details on how to return your items within THREE days of receipt of items (date is verified by tracking delivery date). Items must be unworn and in original packaging. Include in your message the order number and pictures of the items you received.

 

OUT OF STOCK ITEMS?
Many items can be re-ordered and will be re-ordered but not all. If it does not say on the item when it will be back in stock and you would like it the quickest way to find out about the item is to message me.

 

SHIPPING

  • Orders are packaged & shipped within 2 business days of ordering. Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding major holidays.
  • Items that are pre-ordered will ship within 2 business days of arriving to GypsySouled. An approximate ship date will be listed in the description of the item.
  • Shipping is $4.95 for all orders. All orders over $100 ship for free. 
  • All orders are shipped via USPS w/tracking. Packages over 1lb will be shipped USPS Priority. 
  • Once shipped, items take approximately 1-3 business days to arrive to you. During holiday & peak seasons for USPS, this could take longer.
  • Tracking is sent via email. Allow for 12-24 hours for the label to update shipping status by USPS.

GS Reward Points
As of 10/2022, I am using an app called Smile Rewards & Loyalty. When you sign up for rewards, you will be able to earn points and use them for money off orders, free shipping and additional discounts. For more information on the GS Rewards Points program, click here.

MISSING PACKAGE
If your USPS tracking confirms your package was delivered but you can not locate your package, you need to contact your local USPS office immediately! The USPS is responsible for all packages once they have been shipped. If you need to file a claim, your local USPS office will guide you through the process.
